Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav
Consultant Pathologist
I understood your health concern,
Turmeric is natural blood thinner and it potentiate the effect of warfarin.
Now milk and dairy products though have low vitamin K, it may interfere with warfarin and can lower INR in some patients.

Also wanted to tell you that Turmeric with warfarin therapy could be dangerous and may lead to bleeding episodes. So avoid it.
Warfarin is anti coagulant, acts by antagonizing Vitamin K.
Turmeric is also natural blood thinner and have some anti platelet properties also. So avoid it particularly for her condition.
Follow the strict diet rules as per the protocols as many foods to be avoided in Warfarin therapy. Regularize INR with dose adjustments. Because it is critical to avoid both thrombotic and bleeding episodes for her case.
Thanks for the question. Take care.
