What Does This Below Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

I need help my doctor findings normal sized retroverted uterus with normal proliferative endometrium.normal right ovary with dominant follicle.poltcystic ovary,left.negative adnexae clinical correlation and further evaluation is recommended .what does it mean..please help me

1.Next time please enter full report what given as your bits and peaces are missing some details.
2.However the report suggest retroverted - posterior lie of the uterus in relation to the urinary bladder which is normal variation, endometrium is normal.
3.Right ovary shows dominant follicle - probably mid cycle time.
4.Negative adnexa - means no positive findings.
5.Probably doctor asked for clinical correlation for the polycystic ovaries disease. ( irregular cycles, increased weight, facial hair growth ).
6.The treatment in PCOD is hormonal therapy. Good luck.
