General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the concern. Your scan report shows irregular lobular mass with calcifications from posterior wall of base of bladder. The most common cause such irregular mass is tumour of bladder and the most common tumour of bladder is Transitional cell carcinoma.
Its sorry to say but according to your scan report you might have transitional cell carcinoma. The treatment of this cancer is Transurethral resection (TURBT) and the sample sent to biopsy which will decide the stage and invasion. Accordingly surgeon will decide about the chemotherapy.
So immediately consult the Urologist and start the management.
Take care.
