What Does This Blood Analysis Finding Indicate?

My wbc is slightly elevated 11.2 and my rbc is normal 5.4. My hgb is low at 13.6, Mcv is low at 77 and mch is low at 25.sgpt is high at 62 and my glomelular fil rate us 146 which is high. My dr said I was anemic and told me to take iron supplements. What do you think is wrong?

I really appreciate your concern, yes iron supplement is good but in your case it may not needed because hemoglobin level is alright, better to take care in diet balance diet, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
