Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My blood reports are by windrobe methode hb 16.2gm. Tlc 9400 cumm. Dlc poly 66%, lymph 30%, mono .1%, eosino ..3%, and im urine test appearance is straw sp gravity nil. Reaction acidic. Albumin positive. Sugar not detected. Deposit nil. Microscopic pus cell 4.6/hp . Is there any problem
You have not mentioned why the blood and urine tests were done as the values have to be compared by clinically too. Pus cells in urine can be 0-4 per high power field. So its within normal range. Mild albumin in urine is acceptable but it should be below 80mg/24hr sample and less than 20mg/dl in a random sample. Larger amount may indicate kidney damage, heart failure, bladder pathology etc. All other parameters are within normal physiological range in this report. So you have nothing to worry about. If you mentioned why these tests were suggested then I would help you by suggesting if there is any need to do an another one.
