Hi, Thanks for sharing your report on HCM. Well, after going through your report, it says that you are having microcytic hypochromic anaemia. This is caused due to decreased level of elemental iron in the body. It can also be called as iron deficiency anaemia. Hence you need to take following supplements for a month, so that you will get better from your symptoms gradually. 1. Iron with folic acid capsules. 2. Multivitamin B-complex capsules. 3. Protein supplementation powder like Proteinx or Proteinules with milk at night. 4. Iron and folic acid rich foods like jaggery, dark green leafy vegetables and poultry products.
