What Does This Blood Report Indicate?
I recently had my blood test and found that my vit D is 65.8 nmol/L and vitamin B12 is 93 pg/ml and cholestrol level level is 227. I am 5 feet 8 inch and having having 83 kg weight and non vegetarian. I always get tired and sleepy, no concentration, mental numbness etc. Please suggest what should I do.
