What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I am 27 years old male, 5 10 , physically fit, not much body fat. I used to masturbate because of which many times I have felt fatigue. I feel I also have developed premature ejacuation. I have noticed that my sperm quantity is reduced. Recently I consulted a sexologist and had my hormones tested. There were the results: Thyroid profile - I T3 - Total (tri iodothyroine) (ECLIA) 94.96 ng/dL T4 - Total (Thyroxine- Total) (ECLIA) 7.93 ug/dL TSH (ECLIA) 0.77 ulU/mL Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) *(ELISA) 3.13 ng/mL Testosterone - Total 3.44 ng/mL FSH 4.8 mlU.mL LH 4.7 mlU/mL Prolactin 11.1 ng/mL My doctor has said that I have low testosterone and has given me these medicines: -Andrasar capsules -LVate capsules -NanoLeo capsules -Tadeza tablets -Vtwo sachets I have read online that using testosterone medicines had side effects like- -They shrink your testes -They affect natural sperm production etc I am worried. Should I take these medicines or I am better off without them? Are these temporary or permanent solution? Please help me with your answers.

From the reports I can see that, all values are within normal range. You should not worry unnecessarily. Adopt a healthy life style and you will be alright. No need to take any medicine as these can have harmful effects.
