The following report for my husband haemoglobin is 13.8 RBCs count is 4.92 Haematocrit is 42.8% platelet count is L 144 total leucocytic count is L 3.2 Neutrophils 42.2% (absolute is 1.37) lymphocytes 45.4% (absolute is 1.47) monocytes is 9.0% (absolute is 0.29) eosinophils is 2.5% (absolute is 0.08) basophils is 0.9% (absolute is 0.03) comment: mild leucopenia, relative lymphocytosis, absolute nutropenia - follow up is recomended

The red blood cells and hemoglobin are within normal range while white blood cells are low. You may need to visit a hematologist. This may happen sometimes after a viral infection. A hematologist may order other tests.
