What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I was looking over my lab reports and notice that the Platelets count was high lighted in gray indicating the level was high the Value:383 Normal: 150-379 Units: x10E3/uL (Looking back @ other labs in 2013 this same lever was ever higher 443 and my Potassium Serum was 5.3 Normal: 3.5-5.2 Units: mmol/L Do I have reason to be concerned?

The normal range of platelet count is 150-450x103.
So your platelets are in safe range.
