General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Following are the abnormal in your report:
Bblood glucose: 74-106 mg/dl_____125___impaired fasting gylcemia
Cholesterol: 0-200 mg/dl_________223_________high
LDL: 0-99 mg/dl______________________117___high
Triglyceride: 30-150 mg/dl______________375 very high
AHDL:40-60 mg/dl______________31 __low

So you have prediabetes(impaired glucose tolerance) and dyslipidemia
Hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridemia.
Take following advice:
do regualr exercise , avoid saturated food, avoid smoking and alcohol, take more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, avoid stress
do regualr check up of hypertension and cardiac marker.
Meet the cardiologist for dyslipidemia: doctor will give niacin and fenofibrate to reduce triglyceride.

TBI: is the total billirubin (synthesize form degradation of haemoglobin), increase in hepatitis and liver damage.
AHDL: it is high density cholesterol and good for health.

Hope this may help you
