As per the report evaluation, there is the borderline elevation of serum alkaline phosphatase photometry, TSH level which indicates early inflammation involving extrahepatic bile duct system usually biliary tract with possible thyroid dysfunction.

Kindly get back with all details of symptoms to guide further as any report has to be evaluated with the correlation of clinical symptoms and signs only.
