What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

My abnormal results on my test are as follows, I took Harvoni 6 mths. Will know if I'm cured for sure in Oct. They were at 1 month. I was done with Tx. On 7/2/2016.

Sgot(AST)--43
Alkaline phosphate--154
Platelet count--138
Neutrophils----30.8
Lymphocytes---55
ABS Neutrophils----1.6

Please explain what it means. I don't go to my liver specialist until Oct.
Thank you so much! Diane

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic

You have not mentioned your underlying liver disease.....

You might have hepatitis C like viral liver infection for which this antiviral drug usually prescribed when virus is in active stage means in chronic active hepatitis....

Now your report showing normal liver enzyme that is ALT value but alkaline phosphatase slight high ...
ALP can elevated in other non specific condition also

Your platelet count low as it should be more than 1.5 Lakh...

Lymphocytosis also present that can be in viral infection

Your liver enzyme report ALT showing improvement but clinical correlation is necessary

Take care
