General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be inferred based on the investigation report you have furnished.
1. hs-CRP levels with less than 1.0 mg/L indicates low risk and more than 3.0 mg/L indicates high risk relatively with respect to future cardiovascular events.
2. HDL Cholesterol level of 32 mg/dl is relatively lower compared to normal.
3. LDL Cholesterol with 81 mg/dl is within normal range.
4. Apo A1 levels with 109 mg/dl is less than normal and it should be greater than 120 mg/dl in men & 140 mg/dl in women.
5. Bilitubin Total with 1.62 mg/dl, Direct with 0.59 mg/dl and Indirect with 1.03 mg/dl is slightly above normal range, which might indicate mild hepatocellular dysfunction.
6. Thyroid profile with T3 of 117 ng/dl, T4 with 7.3 ug/dl is within normal range. But TSH with 10.27 uIU/ml is increased above normal range.
7. Basophil count, Red cell distribution and Hemoglobin levels are within normal range.
Kindly consult Physician for clinical evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
