Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The following things can be inferred from the thyroid profile test results you have furnished. 1. T3 levels with 85 ng/dl is slightly towards the lower range of normal (60 to 200 ng/dl) 2. T4 levels with 7.7 ug/dl is within range of normal (4.5 to 12.0 ug/dl) 3. TSH levels with 0.6 uIU/ml is slightly towards the lower range of normal (0.3 to 5.5 uIU/ml). Presently, it can be considered as normal thyroid function test. However, you need to do a repeated follow-up by testing it again at least once in 6 months. Kindly consult Physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
