Hi & Welcome to HCM. Incomplete CBC report to comment.. Based on the report you seem to having Hypochromic anemia.
'Anisocytosis' means variations in size of your red blood cells. Means you may have some small and large and normal red blood cells.
Hypochromia means there is lesser redness or increase in central pallor in red blood cells when they are visualized under microscope. It is commonly seen in Iron deficiency anemia.
Anemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough healthy red blood cells. Red blood cells provide oxygen to body tissues The most common causes of this kind of anemia are iron deficiency, bleeding (peptic ulcer, prolonged menstruation) thalassemia, etc.
You are advised to consult a physician for thorough evaluation to rule out the causes of iron deficiency anemia and to prescribed the treatment.
Thyronormalacy means that there is no abnormality found in the thyroid profile in the tests performed.
Regards.
