What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

My husband age 34.,stomach pain about 20 to 25 day, present level of amylase is 167 and normal range is 100.present level lipase is 67 normal range is 51.dr give thses tablets cap eskem,tab sulvorid,stomach,dulcet,bessfam.plz tell me which kind of food he eat.ultrasound and ecg is clear.

I appreciate your concern for your beloved husband.
As per the history given along with the lab tests, he seems to be suffering from acute pancreatitis.

Once his general condition improves oral feeding should be introduced.

He can be initiated on a low-fat diet (maximum 20 g/day).
Eating boneless chicken breasts & most fish helps keep his meals low in fat.
High carbohydrates in are advised to eat small sized and more frequent meals (about 5 to 6 per day).
He should be given adequate oral fluids to keep him hydrated.
Clear liquids include apple, cranberry & white grape juice, gelatin and broth.

He should avoid alcohol or alcohol containing beverages, smoking, coffee or caffeine containing soft drinks.

Hope the suggestions given above would enable him a speedy recovery.
