What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Hi, I m 20 and I had some blood drawn November, 3rd and today I m looking at my result my potassium is 5.8 and my Anion Gap Without Potassium is at 11. My magnesium is 3.4. My doctors didn t call me so I m guessing it s not alarming to them? When they where trying to draw blood the was having trouble Idk if that could be the reason. Any advice will help please

Based on the information provided, the potassium level is slightly high, and the magnesium level is normal.
You report the phlebotomist had some trouble obtaining the sample, which could interfere with the result. Also, you do not mention medications you are taking as many medications can raise the potassium level.
I suggest repeating the potassium level, as it may be falsely elevated/ lab error.
