What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

What does 3% immature Granulocytes and 0.2 immature Grans mean...is it something I should be worried about ? ... Also I m 18 and my GFR is 126 in my blood test . and normal average is 116 for 20 and over adults .. Can you tell me what these things mean so I can take futher look into what needs to be done

Immature granulocytes in peripheral blood indicate an early-stage response to infection, inflammation or other stimuli of the bone marrow.

So don't worry you're not in a serious position. GFR may vary according to creatinine clearance so don't worry. You don't have any major health problems. Still, have queries please feel free to ask.
