7months back I identified a stone of 6. 5mm, which was just moved out from kidney to ureter. Now recently i have got pain and took a scan which is 9mm in my VUJ(about to enter bladder i guess) report says my right kidney having mild hydrouretonephrosis. A urologist insisted to take laser treatment. Please advice is there any possibility to dissolve stone or it can pass out?any medicines to pass it out.. As i dont want a laser surgery Lab tests performed: Blood test results Glucose random - 90mg/dl Urea - 18.1mg/dl Creatinine - 1.3 mg/dl
Tests are OK. Only the hydronephrosis is troublesome. It means urine flow is getting blocked. Drink copious amount of fluids daily with distone or cystone tablets daily. More u drink more chances of stone passing out. Try for a week then see. If it doesn't then go for laser. But I think it ll pass out. Drink lots of water
