Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood report shows normal levels of AST and raised levels of ALT.
Raised levels of AST and/or ALT suggest liver disease.
However, the results do not suggest any alarming liver disease since the levels of ALT are only marginally raised and the liver enzymes are usually raised together and not in isolation.
The other investigations- occult blood +1, RBC 4-10 appears to be the stool report.
Presence of occult
blood in stool needs to be investigated.
It appears in stools in cases of parasites, bleeding ulcer and malignancies.
Since, no ova or cyst are detected in the stools, it is probably due to some kind of bleeding ulcer or malignancy.
A
colonoscopy of the lower gastrointestinal tract needs to be done.
You have mentioned that the
glucose level was high at 109, however, you have not mentioned whether the blood glucose was fasting or post-prandial.
Kindly, mention the time of glucose estimation.
Pain under the ribs and left
hip bone could be due to varied reasons which include trauma,
muscular pain, etc.
You need to consult your physician for clinical assessment.
Thanks and take care
