It is a normal hematology report. But only thing is your hemoglobin % is little less. Ideally it must be 12g%.
You can consume iron rich foods like jaggery, dates and apple with skin to being up your hemoglobin content. Also consume folic acid rich foods like green leafy veg. You will be back to normal within 15 days to one month.
