What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

please help me what problem i have. My blood tests results are as below... Haemoglobin : 12.5 gms/dl Total WBC - 15,600 cells/c Neutrophils - 67 % lymphocytes - 24 % Esinophils - 05% Monocytes - 3% RBC - 5.46 million/c platelet - 3.65 lakhs/c MCV - 73.5 FI MCH - 22.8 pg MCHC - 31.1 g/dl iam not able to understand what is my problem. i feel sick and tired most of the times. Is there any severe problem..?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Looking at the blood test report, all the parameters look normal.
Hemoglobin level is slightly less, but within normal range. Red blood cell counts, White blood cell counts and Platelet counts are also normal. Blood indices are also within acceptable limits.
For your complaints of feeling sick and tiredness, kindly get yourself evaluated for Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension.
Kindly get your Fasting glucose, 2 hour Post Prandial glucose and Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels checked. You can also get your blood pressure checked.
With the reports you can get evaluated by a Physician and treated accordingly.
