What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Got some blood tests results in today, doctor wants to see me this week and to maybe run more tests...I just wanted more of an explanation of these results before i see him. My folate and b12 are low which isn't unusual for me.
RESULTS:
12 Jan 2015, Liver Function Tests
Total Bilirubin:     27 umol/L (
Alk. Phosphatase:     146 U/L ( 40 - 100 ) H
GGT:     154 U/L (
ALT:     56 U/L (
Total Protein:     74 g/L ( 66 - 84 )
Albumin:     39 g/L ( 34 - 48 )
Globulin:     35 g/L ( 25 - 41 )
Comment:     Mixed hepatocellular and obstructive pattern. Consider non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, medication, diabetes, alcohol and viral infection.

12 Jan 2015, Serum B12 And Folate
B12:     148 pmol/L ( 170 - 600 ) L
Folate:     3.0 nmol/L ( > 7.0 ) LL
Comment:     Borderline range B12 110 - 170
Borderline range Folate 7.0 - 10.0
Comment:     Vitamin B12 deficiency is unusual in the young, but is not excluded. A falsely low B12 level is frequently found in: pregnancy, healthy vegetarians, use of oral contraceptives & other drugs (metformin, anticonvulsant) and folate deficiency. Dietary B12 deficiency should be considered with a vegan diet. Neurological abnormalities associated with B12 deficiency should be excluded. Tests for intrinsic factor & parietal cell antibodies may be of value.

12 Jan 2015, Thyroid Function Tests
TSH:     1.4 mIU/L ( 0.30 - 4.00 )
Comment:     Consistent with euthyroidism. Suggest repeat TSH in 2 years if clinically indicated.

12 Jan 2015, Iron Studies
Ferritin:     113 ug/L ( 20 - 190 )

12 Jan 2015, Diabetic Profile
HbA1c:     32 mmol/mol (
Comment:     If used as a screening test, HbA1c result likely excludes diabetes. No need to repeat until next scheduled CVD risk assessment.
If diabetic and treated with insulin/sulphonylureas, the risk for hypoglycaemia is increased. Suggest repeat HbA1c in 6 - 12 months.

12 Jan 2015, Complete Blood Count
Haemoglobin:     141 g/L ( 115 - 155 )
RBC:     4.68 x10e12/L ( 3.60 - 5.60 )

MCV:     86 fL ( 80 - 99 )
