What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

My daughter (15 yr old) started having severe bilateral wrist pain three months ago. A few weeks later pains started in random places, coming and going. Other symptoms (may be related or not) are facial swelling, fatigue/tiredness, some shortness of breath, chills, and crying very easily. The pains, especially of the wrist are pretty bad and she cannot write and has missed many days of school. Has had X-rays of wrist, cervical spine MRI, EMG, and blood work. Blood tests show the following outside of normal range: WBC 12.2 Neutrophils 8.0 Lymphs 3.3 Uric Acid 6.8 LDH 224 Sed Rate 35 Creatine Kinase 403 EBV VCA IGM 89.8 EBV EA IGG 98.4 EBV VCA IGG 485 EBV NA AB 64.4 AA Titers Speckled positive 1:80 Aldolase 10.6 Complement C4 37 Have seen hand surgeon, orthopedic specialist, and Rhumatologist. Dr. s have ruled out bone deformity or injury, carpel tunnel, lupus, arthritis, and diabetes. She was diagnosed with mono this past week, but also received a prior mono diagnosis in Sept 2014 at which time she was had severe flu like symptoms. Any opinions or advice that you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.
