What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi I had blood work 2 weeks in a row. the lymph absolute was 2.2 the 1st week and 3.7 the following. My thyroxine count was 12.9, sjogrens anti ss-b was 8. why would the lymph count vary and could this be a thyroid issue or more towards lupus? thank you

I really appreciate your concern, this is nothing to worry because this is nonspecific if you do not have any clinical symptoms, this is not anything as you are thinking, you have not given here your clinical complaint for that you did the test, hope this information helps, take care.
