This might be due sinus issue. ESR and WBC are raised when there is inflammation and infection in the body such as sinusitis. You have written details of sinus issue. You can write it later on. Low RBC is due to anemia which is common in patients with

Advice
1.
Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 5 days
2. Continue medicines for hypothyroidism as suggested by your doctor
3. Folic acid 5 mg per oral daily for 3 months
4.
Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
5.
Ferrous Sulphate 150 mg daily per oral for 3 months
6. Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
7. Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
8. Do not lie down immediately after meal
9. Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
10. Investigation – X – ray PNS, serum TSH

ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage
