What Does This Blood Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

I had a blood draw today to check my hcg levels and it dropped from 76 on friday to 55 today. My progesterone is still rising normally. Everything else with my body seems normal, is there a chance I m not miscarrying? I ve never miscarried before this would be my 3rd pregnancy.

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
As per details, Your serum HCG level dropped which is not a normal thing during pregnancy.
Is there any complaint of vaginal spotting/bleeding?
Is there any complaint of pelvic pain??

I would advise you to go for pelvic ultrasound as soon as possible and consult with your Gynaecologist.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
