What Does This Blood Test Result For Fatigue And Dizziness Indicate?
Been feeling fatigued and occasionally light headed.Went to doc for annual check up. RBC 4.34, hgb 12.5, hematocrit 37.2, RDW 16.6 .Iron and All other tests normal.Male 59. No meds except prilosec.Doc wants to retest in a few weeks cause I donated blood about 8 days before test.Shoul I be concerned?
Kindly check your blood sugar, blood pressure, intraocular pressure. Nutritional deficiencies such as Vitamin B12 or D should be ruled out. Diseases of the inner-ear can also can dizziness, ringing in your ear (tinnitus), hearing loss. Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal discs in your neck. X-ray neck should be taken to rule out the condition.
