What Does This Blood Test Result For Fatigue And Joints Pain Indicate?

Please, I recently had some blood work done my wbc is 13.5 my absolute neutrophils is 8.8 and my lymphs are 3.7, I am always fatigued and have general muscle and joint weakness and pain. My father had multiple myloma (not sure of spelling) and leukemia and my paternal grandmother also died of cancer.. please tell me what does all this mean for me
