What Does This Blood Test Result For Hair Loss Indicate?

My hair has been falling out for several months along with tiredness and inability to focus. I had blood work done which revealed a calcium level of 10.3; Total T4 of 12.6 and normal Vitamin D levels. Repeat labs 2 weeks later showed calcium is 10.5 with parathyroid level of 37. My sister and grandmother have thyroid problems. Can you help me understand the lab results?

all your levels are under normal range. however your calcium and t4 level are towards the higher side of normal range.

please get a TSH level and report. in case this comes out normal then we don't need to do anything.
