If shows giant platelet then platelet destruction might be the cause and Bernard soulier disease has to be diagnosed... PS also reveal malaria if present.... In dengue also platelet can be low.... Serological test for dengue diagnosis can be done.... Platelet function analysis also can be done to reveal platelet function abnormality.... According to your physical examination investigation guided... Temporary viral infection also can affect platelet count..... Drink more water and papaiya.... Consult physician for examination...
