What Does This Blood Test Result For Mild Fever,weakness And Headache Indicate?
My wife is having mild fever (normal - 110.6) since 8 days. She is feeling weak, and at times has headaches. Also, slight pain at wrists and finger tips. Got CBC results, where in everything is normal except that the Platelet count is 121x10^4/microlitre. Malarial - Negative Widal Test - O (Positive) - 1:160; H(Positive) - 1:80; AH - Negative; BH - Negative Dengue-IgG - Negative Dengue - IgM - Negative Dengue Ns Antigen - Negative Have not use any medication till now. Is this any cause for concern or should use any medication?

yes definitely ur wife need to consult a physician. she is having widal test positive which means she is having typhoid...and medication need to be started for it.
