What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate In A Person Suffering From IGA Nephritis?
Hi, My mother is diagnosed IGA nephritis last 3 weeks ago by biopsy in CMC,vellore, india. her cretinine 2.00, WBC 19700 in blood. potassium 4.4, blood pressure 160/100. take telmiserton for BP. She has no diabetics sugar. her age 44. please help me

Welcome to HCM. I Understand your concern. As per the reports you have submitted it seems that she is having an infection (As indicated with increased TLC counts->10000/cmm). Also tab.Telmisartan and kidney involvement due to IgA nephritis is causing raised blood pressure and Serum creatinine level. And with such high Blood pressure and raised counts she could have more complications. So i would advice you to take her to a general physician and follow his opinion. Hope i answered your query.
