What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

When I Checked my blood for joining process of a company result as below.
Name : Ajith Kumar M
Age :32
Netrophils-45 ( 50-70 %)
Lymphocytes-51 ( 20-40 %)
Haemoglobin - 23.2 (M14-18 gm%)
S. Uric acid- 8.3(3.5-7.0mg/dl)
SGPT- 65(\\ can please suggest what precautions I have to take for stabilizing these blood values.

According to this report ,I can only say that this is ambiguous , so I recommend you please get in another BLOOD report for CBC , uric acid ( hyperurecaemia i.e. increase level of uric acid in blood ) and sgpt ( 65 IU is not too high and not so specific and usually don't require any treatment at first instance ).
So get in another blood report for sgpt and if this report comes high ( more than this ) ,then get in ultrasound of liver and deal accordingly.
For uric acid ,one more report is necessary .
So overall get in blood report for CBC because hemoglobin lever is very high ,if it comes same or high then consult a hematologist , otherwise no need of any worry.
