What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?
I have been getting B12 shots and taking sublingual B12 (1000) to treat elevated methymalonic acid.Recent blood test indicates B12 of 1,605 and methylmalonic of 382. MMA was 380 11/2014 before treatment.Why is the MMA still so high after 10 shots and 5 weeks on daily sublingual B12, with current b12 also very hgih?

Current vitamin B 12 is in normal range and now you should incorporate high vitamin B 12 food in your diet and MMA will come back to normal.
