Pus cell in stool may be due to colitis(intestinal infection).Culture and sensitivity of stool should be done to decide appropriate antibiotics.
Mucus is normally found in small amounts in stool.
The vegetable cells and starch are just remnants of what you would had eaten and it is normal.
