Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your blood reports suggests that:
1. The hemoglobin levels, ferritin levels, and serum iron are low. This suggests iron deficiency anemia.
Treatment of iron deficiency anemia is iron supplements.
2. The white blood cell count is low and the differential counts reveals a low neutrophil count and high lymphocyte count.
The absolute neutrophil count and lymphocyte count reveal that the neutrophil counts are reduced which is causing a reduced total leukocyte count.
Low neutrophil counts are seen in infections, suppression of bone marrow, neutrophil defects, etc.

Thanks and take care
