General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI shows an old lesion which is not an active disease process and no treatment is required. There is nothing significant detected in the MRI scan.

If headache persists, possibilities like vascular or tension headaches must be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
