What Does This Brain MRI Test Result Indicate?

my MRI showed the following: Mild parenchymal volume loss, particularly in the parietal lobes....minimal chronic microvascular disease, stable moderate right mastoid effusion. It also says there are a few scattered tiny foci of T2/FLAIR hyperdensity in the periventricular and subcortical white matter

Regarding your MRI result that showed mild parenchymal volume loss (parietal lobe) chronic microvascular disease moderate mastoid effusion scattered tiny foci at the periventricular region I am suggesting you have developed the following diseases

Connective vascular disease
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
Acute Mastoiditis
