Hi doctor I hve done ultrasonography for both breasts..it has being resulted bilateral diffuse altered echotexture-fibroadenosis....with no dilacted duct system noted,no mass,no cyst or abscess,no enlarged lymph nodes in axilla....but I hve discomfort on my right breast is they any prblm to worry..shd I avoid any food...

Thanks for query.fibroadenosis is a benign breast mass .but some of its subtype have malignant potential.so to rule out those you need to have a biopsy of the tissue.regards
