Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a chemical stress test done yesterday with the results: 1) Abnormal study 2) ECG negative for ischemia. Occasional PVC s noted 3) There was a small to medium-sized, moderate to severe in intensity perfusion defect in the basal to mid inferior wall with partial improvement on resting images suggestive of ischemia in the RCA territory 4) moderate basal inferior hypokinesis was noted. Calculated ejection fraction was low normal at 52%. What does this suggest? I just had an inferior MI with 100% blockage in LCA in November with stent placement.
