Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
CT scan in january found this: 4mm subpleural right lower lobe pulmonary nodule, small subpleural foci of atelectasis, small soft tissue density in anterior mediatinum, one or two mildly prominent right hilar lymph nodes and numerious small low density liver lesions. Worried about cancer. I m only 38yrs old but the past 2 weeks I ve had a constant dry cough and cannot seem to breathe properly. Dr said asthma but the albuteral inhaler is actually making me cough more.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, given report does not indicates any malignancy but it could be due to some allergic condition and it may be self limiting condition so no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
