What Does This Chest X-ray Finding Indicate?

Hi!! my dad had flue and he went to our familt doctor , he asked him to do a chext X-ray , he did it , 2 days after he got his chest X-ray report and doctor told my dad that his lungs looks clouldy and asked him to do a ct scan , he dosent have any symptoms like breathing problems or coughing , he s perfectly fine, I m very worried :( if someone cal tell me what it is ill be very happy :)

I would want a detailed impression of the chest X-ray to comment on what it could be.
I would like to know where in the lungs is this cloudy appearance your doctor is referring to.
Only after this can i comment on any aspect and what is the need for the CT examination.
