I had a chest X-ray that showed cardiomegaly with no pleural effusions and no pulmonary congestion. I have no symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain. I exercise regularly by riding a bike about 10 miles per day. Should I be worried about this?
iy is just hyper trophy of part of heart but you are asymptomatic. it is advisable to have cardiac profile and ECG taken. consult cardiologist with xray and let clinical examination be done.
