What Does This Chest X Ray Indicate?

I got the chest x-ray results of my son. Based on the result, he has primary koch's infection suspected. There is bilateral hilar congestion with small hilar nodularities and osseous and other incuded chest are not unsual. May I know the meaning and most understandable explanation for this.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here in your chest x ray hilar consolidation present.
Consolidation means pathological condition in which alveoli filled with pus , blood or cells that lead to opacity in x ray.
In tuberculosis along with consolidation cavitary lesion also present in upper lobe.
TB can involve hilar node so suscipicion is present.
Further study involve sputum acid fast stain and culture.
But consolidation also can be present if simple pneumonia is present.
So after confirming tuberculosis and with clinical correlation AKT can be given.
