Thanks for raising your concern on this platform and following is the interpretation of X-ray findings:
1. Interstitial [supporting framework of lung], & pneumonia [lung abnormality] i.e.
Interstitial Pneumonia is a form of lung disease where alveoli and
pleura become inflamed with progressive scarring of both lungs
2. Heart/Diaphragm are Normal
3. Since the lung is the most affected organ due to Primary
Tuberculosis thus they have asked to exclude the same because 'tuberculous bronchopneumonia' is one feature of progressive primary tuberculosis. [Primary Koch's] thus it is wise to seek an opinion of Chest Specialist [Pulmonologist] who will conduct a physical examination, and might ask for sputum examination,
blood test, skin [tuberculin] test, broncholavage.
PS. Since duration is 3-4 days thus interstitial pneumonia is less likelihood since there is more of breathlessness [dyspnea] which progress to
respiratory failure in the disease.
4. Do not hesitate to go for the medications [ATT preferably] since it is totally a recoverable disease [if started promptly] and will avoid future complications but if he thinks that Primary Koch's is not there then he will give you suitable antibiotics to resolve the pneumonia.
