What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate While Having Bronchitis?

Last week I went to the doctor and had a chest x-ray done for a bad cough. He told me I had broncitis and it would go away in 2 to 3 weeks. Today I was called by the nurse and she told me I need to come in for another chest x-ray. The radiologist found patchy infiltrate in my lung. I m wondering what this means.
