What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

I had a chest x-ray last friday and results say that i have a ptb. I m ow worried i cannot work as it iss one of the requirements. I was surprise to know it because i not not thin.. In fact no one would believe i had it.. I m worried and dont know what to do now.

xray chest report you mentioned is probably in abbreviation . The person who have written the report may well understand what is this abbreviation for ?

but standard form PTB usually mentioned for pulmonary tuberculosis .

if it is pulmonary tuberculosis , then you have to consult imediately to your doctor to start treatment otherwise the people you are in close contact may be infected if the disease is in active stage .
