Dear Dr. I have done my chest x-Ray and Dr conclusion is 1. Fibro- calcific changes are seen in left upper and bilateral mid zones. I visited chest specialist who said that some patches are present in your upper and bilateral zone but you have no lung pathology ,these patches depict the resolution from pneumonia during child hood and will remain whole life.also he told that no medication is needed I need your profesional opinion on these finding. My age is 34yrs ht 167cm nd weight is 54 kg and have no symptoms of any system, all other tests are clear. Regards, Aftab Ahmad
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the most important is clinical symptoms if no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry and if some symptoms are there then the x-ray findings needs to be correlated with that that is all hope this information helps.
